A great vegetarian/vegan/gluten free restaurant in Sarasota. This is just a small restaurant ticket in to the Gulf-Gate area of Sarasota, so look for it in the little strip mall near the aquarium store. They have a huge menu for lunch but a smaller menu for dinner. Their avocado salad and veggie burgers are superb! For the non-vegetarians they also have fish. They also carry local kombucha with rotating flavors. Amazingly, they also have flavored water every day that they make by soaking fruits/veggies in to draw the flavor out, and it's still free!
