I’ll be honest 48 hours is not a lot of time for one of the biggest cities in the world. You basically got a a day to spend at the Great Wall and a day at The Forbidden City. BUT this may be all the time you have (like me) especially if you utilize China’s new policy that allows you to visit for 72 hours visa free! Here is a list of how I spent my two days in this capital city.
