How to Spend A Day in Havana
Havana takes you back in time. Wander amongst 18th Century colonial architecture as 50's American convertibles cruise by or belch past. Those shiny well kept cars for tourists are outnumbered by those that have seen better days driven for every day use. Seventies Ladas are often seen with the bonnet up, stopped enroute. Then a Kia pops into the picture! Hours can be spent getting lost in dusty streets, passing by buildings with cracked marble staircases in dim entrances, or balconies crumbled, then finding yourself in a restored, cobbled colourful plaza.
