I’ll be in Helsinki for the summer solstice is there any specific events/rituals that I could check out?

I am stopping off in Helsinki just for a day between flights from Kitilla to the UK. Can anybody recommend a must see / do / eat whilst I’m there so I can make the most of my time? Thank you!
