Best value for money place to eat fish and seafood in LA, Santa Monica area?

I hope I’m not too late for this but enterprise fish company has excellent happy hour deals. The one from 5:30-6:30pmis usually way too crowded but they have a late night one starting at 9pm. Great great shellfish here.
