Hi Ying, Torres del Paine is very Safe. You may stay in Puerto Natales city, that is around 2 hours away from the National Park of Torres del Paine. There are also hotels inside the park, however expensive. I went a few years ago. Try the restaurant called Afrigonia, in Puerto Natales.
