Hmm. When are you going? In terms of sushi preferences, are you wanting fancy, expensive sushi or more casual, everyday conveyor belt sushi that Japanese people normally eat?
I posted this question on my fb because I know a lot of people who've lived in both Kyoto and Osaka. Hopefully they'll get back to me soon. In the mean time, I'll have a gander at some Japanese restaurant websites to see what I can find.
