Skylounge rooftop is very nice; right next to Central Station. Kind of pricey but it is just what you want to spend ;)

One of the most romantic small hotels I’ve been to: the toren, Amsterdam. Pricey but something else. 24 colour lights in shower and room, and their room service is simple sending someone to any place in town to get what you want.. service is great.
