Cláudio Amaral's question in Albania

Attraction / Outdoor

I will be visiting Albania, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo. I am looking for tips on how to distribute the 20 days I have. What cities to visit and what not to miss. I will arrive in Tirana in september.

Albania is the biggest one. You can easily spend there two weeks (I stayed one month). The other ones are smaller and equal as surface - Montenegro worth to spend more as it has both seaside and mountains.
Thank you for comments
We visited Berat about a year ago and really enjoyed it. I wouldn’t spend too much time in Tirana.  We also spent some time on lake Skoder on the Montenegro side, super chill and great fresh trout for dinner. We then descended to sea and explored towns like Kotor, Sveti Stefan, Budva & Herceg Novi. We had a great time.
In Tirana a must see is the concrete bunker rehabilitated as the museum of communism - right in the city center
It’s no longer a museum (at least it wasn’t last September). It’s just an abandoned and dilapidated building, but it’s history is interesting.
