yup a Vancouverite as well! If you like pastries I highly suggest you go for cafe and cake a few times in Budapest. Fine pastry and coffee culture was basically invented here and Austria.
Also highly recommend doing one of the baths!

We enjoyed Gellert baths the tile is amazing. Just be sure and ask if all the pools are functional. The second time we went, the hottest pool sadly was closed. We were kind of bummed. There is actually a pastery shop at the market that was pretty good. Near the front left. Front being the street…
