On a short time frame in the north, would you devote your time to Chiang Mai or visit Chiang Rai or Pai as well? Is it easy enough to get between places? TIA
Going to Chiang Mai Mar 12-22. Any recommendations are much appreciated! Especially places to eat, good coffee, hanging out with elephants, best cooking class, etc.
