Meiji Jingu
Emperor Meiji designed this garden for his wife, creating an iris garden, tea house and fishing spots where they would spend time together. The beautiful iris garden is very popular in June, while in spring there are azaleas and in autumn, golden foliage. Follow the path through the trees to Kiyomasa's Well, named after a military commander who dug it around 400 years ago, which is considered by some to be a spiritual power spot bringing luck. #tokyo #irises #garden
