Chao Chao Gyoza is a small Japanese style gyoza house hidden along Lee Tung Avenue in Wan Chai. It can be easily missed, but look for the dangling red lanterns outside an entrance with bleach wooden planks. Chao Chao has quite the menu with over a dozen flavours of gyoza to choose from. Do try the shake shake gyoza, where the staff will serve you a bag of deep fried gyoza and a seasoning of your choice.
