Asakusa Culture Tourist Information Center
Although the building is a striking design by distinguished Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, most people come here for the 8th floor observation deck. This gives the best view of Tokyo Skytree, the Asahi beer hall, and Sensoji temple grounds, and there’s a café where you can relax while enjoying the view. The Asakusa Tourist Information Centre also hosts Japanese culture workshops including traditional dance and music. Free walking tours of the area depart from here several times a week. #tokyo #free #architecture
