One of many food stalls in De Hallen, Amsterdam this place displays everything Dutch you can throw your money at in tapas sized portions. The herring garnished with gerkin and onion was perfect and set off my tastebuds ready to dive into their hot breaded cod in baobuns. What a great example of fusion cooking. The smelt fish, commonly known internationally as whitebait was equally as scrumptious.
