There is little to complain about besides the location. Being in Luton there are limits to aesthetics but once inside all the home comforts are quite apparent. A pity no pool. Service was speedy and polite and guests are required to pay on arrival. The breakfast was fantastic and was greeted by middle-eastern waitress, perhaps Iranian, with a high level of cordiality. The rooms were snug, quiet and immaculate. If only I hadn't had to check out so early. Find a ramp leading up to the hotel lobby overlooking a car park. Not immediately obvious to spot yet set in the heart of Luton town. #airportstay #hotel #polite
