The Church of the Holy Cross is one of the city's oldest standing churches. It's constructed in baroque style and dates back to the mid-18th century. In 1759 it housed the town's first public library and now operates as a functional place of worship 250 years on. The garden is studded with pillar stones around the perimeter displaying important saints.
