I'd never seen anything quite like the Mezquita in Cordoba. It is unique for it's red and white striped arches that mirror through the entire building, with chapels, paintings and originals pieces lining the edges. The entrance takes you first to a large courtyard of orange trees, before entering the Mosque. Visit in the morning for less crowds and leisurely take your time admiring every detail of one of the best surviving examples of Moorish architecture. Entry €10. #cordoba #mosque #andalusia
