From Paine Grande camping ground to Italiano camping zone took around 3 hours which is an undulating walk with views of turquoise lakes. A ten minute walk from here gives views of the French Glacier. Just over five kilometres of undulating trail, through bush and across rock with echoes of cracking ice takes you to Britanico lookout, the last bit a steepish climb. Spectacular views of karst like, granite white and grey layered towers. #chile #torresdelpaine #trekking
