Sleep at Camping Italiano on night 3 of your trek. After the comforts of Grey and Paine Grande, get ready for a much, much more basic site! Here there's no power, kitchen, showers or bar. On the plus side, it's absolutely free to stay here and, of course, it's at the foot of the Valle Francés - nowhere else has access half as good as Italiano. The camp site is in a shaded position, within the valley, which means that it can get very cold in the afternoon and at night. Try to find a spot that collects some afternoon sun to maximise the warmth! Getting back to basics is fun, though!
