This is, straight up, the best place we've eaten in Cusco. For a teeny tiny 10 Soles, (Au$4) we got incredible vegetarian lentil or quinoa burgers in artisanal bread buns accompanied by an assortment of fries, using all local varieties of potatoes, with a taster of each of the house sauces and a fresh fruit juice.
