This popular hike connects four of the villages dotting the Lake's northern shore: Santa Cruz, Jaibalito, Tzununa and San Marcos. The trail itself is easy to follow and not demanding, winding along the shore and, at points, offering stellar views out across the water. Depending on how many stops you make, for photos and snacks, the hike should take 2-3 hours one-way. Top tip: stop off for a cheap and delicious lunch at Posada Jaibalito or for a drinks on the terrace at La Casa del Mundo.
