One of Louisville’s most overlooked breweries, you can find Akasha Brewing Company on an unassuming corner of the Nulu neighborhood. It doesn’t look much like much from the outside but Akasha is a laid back taproom with comfy couches, plenty of games, and an old school water cooler. The staff is friendly and the beer is solid all around. There’s no food served here but plenty of delicious restaurants in the area (try Royals Hot Chicken or Feast BBQ if you get hungry) and you’re welcomed to bring it in. In a fun twist of history, Akasha has brought back the pre-prohibition Fehr beer and now has it on tap. #brewery #louisville #nulu #beer
