You can spot Lokrum Island, only 600 metres away from Dubrovnik, in what appears to be a sanctuary of greenery. That is very much true about this island, which is a nature reserve with trails that weave around the entire island. Most of the trail is covered by Mediterranean plants and an abundance of rich flora. Stroll through beautifully cultivated plants, and peak out through the oak trees to reveal an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea and Old Town walls. #nature #trail #island
