Hitchhiking in the back of a truck from Merida to the docks in Moyagalpa was one of my highlights in Nicaragua. The reason? The entire time, I had a view of not one but two volcanoes - the magnetic Volcan Concepción and the verdant, cloud-forest-covered Maderas.
