I am rather particular about partaking in any activity that involves animals. I am a vegetarian, a board member for an animal rescue charity, a strong supporter of the "adopt don't shop" movement and a fierce advocate for animal rights. As such, it took a lot of research and time to get me on the back of a horse for a tour of the countryside around Salento. Oscar is an incredible guide, a passionate horse-owner and a lovely man.
