There was nothing negative to say about Icheri Sheher hotel. Breakfast was average and if you are in a rush the establishment offers essential options in a quiet environment. Furniture is a little tired but on the flip side it adds to the character and charm of the accommodation. I particularly loved the beds and was surprised at how quiet it was given the hotel's location close to the Icarisahar entrance. At the least it's perfectly positioned next to an excellent, traditional, outside tea house, hosting live music in the evenings. The view looked out to the crenellated wall of the old town with the backdrop of the Flame Towers due south. Service was polite and helpful. Additions such as disposable slippers, dressing gowns and a hair dryer were all extra features that helped make my stay here even better than I anticipated.
