[CLOSED] The Kensington Palace Pavilion
The Kensington Palace Pavilion faces the gardens and residence of Princess Diana where she resided for 15 years. The setting beside the vines, flower beds and palace opposite adds some class to dining here. There is an option of sitting inside or out, all set with linen table cloths and turquoise, bone china with the royal crown emblazoned on every set of crockery. Compositions by Mozart and Beethoven play vivaciously in the background. I had the Earl Grey Blue Flowers fused with mallow making it sweeter than the normal sort followed by the honey and parsnip soup. The consistency of the dish was perfect and served luke warm; a thoughtful decision on behalf of the chef given the current weather. Prices were far from exorbitant and the added service charge on top of the bill was more than just. Their attentiveness and ratio of staff to customers meant that everyone was looked after in a civilised and duly fashion. #restaurants #coffee #cafe #breakfast
