Amble around the varicoloured town houses of CH and spot the double verandahs in the centre of town. Some compare it to New Orleans 50 years ago but for me it's simply a place where time stands still. The contrast of mounds of offscourings astride well kempt housing in parts is most profound. #history #art #free
