Shark Point
Definitely an advanced dive, Shark Point’s rock entry requires careful timing to avoid being swept away by the crashing waves. Its underwater cliffs, plunging to 30m, create both visual drama and homes for all kinds of life, including the exquisite eastern blue devil fish and huge rays. Deep down are atmospheric soft coral gardens, swim-throughs and mega-schools of fish. A rock exit is only possible in the calmest conditions, otherwise it’s a long swim back to Clovelly Beach! On a serious note, this is a deep, demanding site that needs ideal conditions to dive safely and should never be attempted by newbies without an experienced guide. #scubadiving #scuba #dive #diving #wildlife
