Back Bar is a hidden location behind its counterpart restaurant, Ham & Sherry, a Spanish tapas bar on Ship Street in Wan Chai. The dimly lit venue can be accessed through a side door on the alleyway, but its neon yellow signage is quite hard to miss. Back Bar serves a good selection of modern cocktails and sherry, fortified wine brewed in Spain.
