Kennett River is famous as a place to spot wild koalas in the many eucalyptus trees surrounding the river. However, I was more taken by these friendly wild parrots than the sleepy marsupials. You can but birdseed at the nearby cafe which will make the birds flock to you (literally). This cheeky chap decided that my head would be a nice perch, but I managed to coax him into my shoulder with some seed. Really fun and free place to visit! #nature #free #parrot #greatoceanroadtrip
