Triberg Waterfall
These waterfalls cascade 163 metres, one of Germany's highest. They are perhaps the most respected ones in the Black forest region. Dozens of visitors from around the world ascend on this spot but there is still plenty of space in parts, especially if you turn up early for 9 o'clock, as it opens. Being regulated by the council keeps a high level of cleanliness and organisation throughout the park. If you stay at the caravan hostel on the other side of town, like we did, you'll only pay the city tax of three euros to enter.
