This estuary just next to the hotel zone of San Jose del Cabo is created by the flow of water during rainy season mixed with an inflow of salty water during storms and high tides. It’s a popular recreational spot for local people, a resting for many migrating birds and home to many others, which makes it an interesting place for birders and people who enjoy nature.
