Palestine Square is abuzz with traffic and raised confabulations. For a square of this size it's a surprise it has so many goings-on but then again it is Jericho! I stopped by one of the carts flogging dates and struck up conversation with the owners. After a few minutes it became obvious that their primary purpose was to listen to my anecdotes and share theirs over trading their fruit. #gifts #groceries #market #bargains
