Floating markets aren’t as prevalent as they once were due to urbanisation and the growth of supermarkets. This one however I consider a little extra special, partly because it’s a little less visited by tourists compared to the remaining others. The market is nestled in a quieter district of Cần Thơ and showcases a range of fruit and vegetables. As with most exotic produce throughout Vietnam the flavours in western supermarkets don’t hold a candle to the quality and freshness experienced here. #floatingmarkets #groceries #localfood #mekongdelta
