001 is not easy to spot. After winding through the narrow streets in Central's wet market, try and catch a black wooden doorway illuminated by one dim spotlight, hidden right behind a fruit stall on Graham Street. There is a small golden doorbell on the left of the doorway. Hit that bell and a staff will grant you entry to the speakeasy. Follow the staff down the stairs and into the basement with old French music and vintage velvet green sofas. Lit candle and a few spotlights are the only lighting at the speakeasy, making it an intimate 30-seating or so venue for night dwellers.
