Fika (coffee & cake break) is a Swedish tradition that I could certainly get used to. The Taxinge castle cafe is very famous for their cake buffet with an array of delicious treats, including cakes, biscuits and chocolates. It’s right in the countryside too with a garden so a nice place to walk off the cake after. Less than an hours drive from Stockholm! They also have lunch options, and it’s not very expensive. Open from 11-4 daily. Very busy on the weekends!
