Post Soviet era a number of innovative ideas were put into place throughout Wrocław. Neon Side is one such success story. A man by the name of Tomasz Kosmalski restored some neglected neon and created an illuminated street of building signs. It's Wrocław's answer to Piccadilly Circus or Times Square on a substantially smaller scale. That said, the place is worth a visit for some snazzy selfies or to simply admire the energetic atmosphere of Polish bars which they envelop.
