It's not a tourist attraction per se but sauntering past Lisbon City Hall one clear morning allured me to get a snap shot. The tasteful decorations hanging off the main balcony under a huge pediment made it hard not stop to admire it. At the time of writing, January 2019, the hall recently provided over 450 homeless people shelter as a contingency plan against the recent change of temperature. #art #free #architecture
