It's a tad weird and not for the fainthearted but this run down area of Liberec leaves passers-by mystified as to the purpose of some of these disturbing displays. Bodiless dolls hanging off window ledges and shoes strung over telegraph lines are just some peculiar examples of what's on offer here.
