If you’re looking for a place to degust local wines at great value then look no further. The elevated terrace is perfect for people-watching and overlooks the popular tram stop at Olšanské náměstí with the iconic Žižkov Tower in view. It’s also super easy to reach from the city centre. You can rest assured your wallet or purse won’t be hard hit with the inflated tourist prices found just 15 minutes away. Glasses of wine start at 55 CZK (circa 2 euros) for a one decilitre glass but we went for a bottle of white from the Znojmo region. In addition to our tasty bottle, we also opted for one of their cheese and meat boards priced at a modest 145 CZK (barely six euros).
