Malbun in the Triesenberg region of Liechtenstein is great jumping off point for splendid hikes. Therefore, if trekking is your bag, Augustenberg summit should be on your bucket list. It stands at an elevation of 2,359 metres marked by a ten-foot, wooden cross over the clouds. For those with a moderate level of fitness it won't be too hard a climb either. The photos here say it all offering sweeping views over Malbun and beyond. If however you wish to take the chair lift up to Sareis you'll cut three kilometres of walking trail off your journey time.
