One of the jewels of Karlovy Vary is that of St. Peter and Paul Cathedral. It's positioned on the edge of town flanked by the Slavkov forest. The site was constructed at the turn of the nineteenth century and is one of the best examples of Russian Cathedrals in the entire country. Stepping inside really does whisk you to incense clad churches of the Orthodox devoted nations.
