Rising early from our Epupa Lodge accommodation, we walked about 10 minutes to learn about the Falls as the sun peaked over the horizon and magically turned the sky into a golden mist rising up from the waterfall. The Falls were quite low when we visited - and therefore quite safe from crocodiles, but the water still sounds powerful. A hike down the canyon is essential to experience the breadth of the Falls that separates Namibia from Angola. #waterfalls #views #sunrise #hike #border #river
