In the five star Swiss Diamond Hotel, Pristina is the decadent Iliria restaurant. From Monday to Friday you can ensconce yourself at one of their lavish tables and their all-you-can-eat buffet. During the summer you can choose to sit outside on the terrace. At twenty-five euros the experience is a worth it. Guests entitled to a glass or two of their bubbly and the non-alcoholic drinks are unlimited. Service is most professional and if you eject a little charm, staff display their human side and a higher level of cordiality. The dessert counter was most impressive and their spread of cheeses, salami and meats made me wish I had two stomachs to squeeze it all in.
