The Portcullis
One of the smallest pubs in Bristol, this Grade II listed gem of a pub was originally a Georgian terrace house! The main entrance, on street level, leads into what was (once upon a time) the stables, where thirsty travellers will find a wonderfully cosy little bar area offering local craft beers, real ales, wines and spirits. Upstairs you'll find more seating space and the original front door, leading out onto the parade that links the front doors of the lovely Georgian houses making up the rest of the Row. The parade is fantastically placed to catch the afternoon sun and the pub provides outdoor seating in the form of an antique church pew! #bristol #cliftonvillage #pubsofclifton #pubs #theportcullis #portcullisclifton
