There are an over-abundance of dive shops on Utila (since that is what the island is famed for) so you won't have a hard time finding a place to learn to dive, upskill or just dive recreationally for very low prices. We opted to go with BICD who, like everyone else, offer free accommodation with diving. While the accommodation is so-so here, the dive shop itself is first-class with the best dive boat we saw, plenty of knowledgeable instructors and the only decompression chamber on the island.
