Davle has everything one might need for a comfortable life on the river. It boasts a number of convenience stores, pubs & cafes, as well as a small garden centre and DIY store. Up a small hill is a truly fantastic Greek restaurant and along the riverbank, private yachts line the water's edge. There is also a pretty, iron footbridge spanning the Vltava River connecting their train station with the main commercial centre. Davle is therefore easily reachable by train or bus from various stations in Prague in less than thirty minutes.
