Unlike some non-vegetarian restaurants that grudgingly include one mediocre vegan item on their menu in a half-hearted attempt to stave off the dreaded “vegan veto”, Papa Ramen actually gets their veggie offering right. It’s on the expensive side for what you get. But their generous, fresh, steaming serving of peppery noodle soup with tofu and vegetables genuinely hits the spot on a chilly damp Copenhagen evening, hygge in a bowl!
